Ah Recovery days...

I am very emotionally mixed about recovery days. On the one hand I know I need them. But I feel SO LAZY on these days and it is hard for me just to let go mentally. On the other hand, I kind of like being lazy. Oh well, my feet are on some pillows and computer is in my lap and I am trying to get ahead on my work before training camp in LA this weekend. I think every other NorCal cyclist has blogged about it being cold and rainy today, so I think will skip mentioning that and how grateful I am that I don't have to be in that! Oh... wait ;-)

Rain Today

Enjoyed a few hours of beautiful Sonoma county in the rain today. Not nearly as bad as Ted King had it last week. However I forgot a key lesson from last year... plan routes that AVOID cattle lots. EEEWWW!!!!
